What I learned about smart TV updates after mine went horribly wrong
If you're like me, you may press the update button on your smart TV as soon as you see the notification. That's what I did when I got a pop-up on my smart TV. I assumed it would make things faster, fix invisible bugs, improve connectivity, or add new features. Instead, it took me down a rabbit hole of problems, including sluggish apps and interface, and random crashes. It turns out that a routine software update can break your TV.
